How to Install php-Kohana-2.4-1.rc2.fc28.11.noarch in Fedora Operting System- Explained

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install php-Kohana-2.4-1.rc2.fc28.11.noarch .rpm
sudo dnf upgrade
