How to Install petsc4py-openmpi-devel-3.8.1-5.fc28.i686 in Fedora Operting System- Explained

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install petsc4py-openmpi-devel-3.8.1-5.fc28.i686 .rpm
sudo dnf upgrade

3. petsc4py-openmpi-devel-3.8.1-5.fc28.i686 is now installed.
