How to Install ModemManager-devel-1.6.12-3.fc28.i686 in Fedora Operting System- Explained

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install ModemManager-devel-1.6.12-3.fc28.i686 .rpm
sudo dnf upgrade
