How to Install liblouisutdml-doc-2.5.0-9.fc28.noarch in Fedora Operting System- Explained

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install liblouisutdml-doc-2.5.0-9.fc28.noarch .rpm
sudo dnf upgrade
