How to Install se-sandbox-runner-qt4-1.7.14-6.fc28.x86_64
in Fedora Operting System- Explained

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install se-sandbox-runner-qt4-1.7.14-6.fc28.x86_64
.rpm
sudo dnf upgrade

3. se-sandbox-runner-qt4-1.7.14-6.fc28.x86_64
is now installed.
