How to Install orafce-3.4.0-2.fc28.x86_64

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install orafce-3.4.0-2.fc28.x86_64
.rpm
sudo dnf upgrade

is now installed.
