How to Install netsed-1.2-9.fc27.x86_64

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install netsed-1.2-9.fc27.x86_64
.rpm
sudo dnf upgrade

3. netsed-1.2-9.fc27.x86_64
is now installed.
