How to Install lv2-qmidiarp-0.6.5-4.fc28.x86_64

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install lv2-qmidiarp-0.6.5-4.fc28.x86_64
.rpm
sudo dnf upgrade

3. lv2-qmidiarp-0.6.5-4.fc28.x86_64
is now installed.
