How to Install apt-cacher-ng-3.1-2.fc28.x86_64

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install apt-cacher-ng-3.1-2.fc28.x86_64
.rpm
sudo dnf upgrade

3. apt-cacher-ng-3.1-2.fc28.x86_64
is now installed.
