How to Install antlr3-C++-devel-3.5.2-17.fc28.x86_64

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install antlr3-C++-devel-3.5.2-17.fc28.x86_64
.rpm
sudo dnf upgrade

3. antlr3-C++-devel-3.5.2-17.fc28.x86_64
is now installed.
