How to Install osmium-tool-1.8.0-1.fc29.x86_64
in Fedora Operting System- Explained

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install osmium-tool-1.8.0-1.fc29.x86_64
.rpm
sudo dnf upgrade

3. osmium-tool-1.8.0-1.fc29.x86_64
is now installed.
