How to Install opencl-utils-devel-1-5.svn16.fc27.x86_64
in Fedora Operting System- Explained

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install opencl-utils-devel-1-5.svn16.fc27.x86_64
.rpm
sudo dnf upgrade

3. opencl-utils-devel-1-5.svn16.fc27.x86_64
is now installed.
