How to Install mingw32-id3lib-tools-3.8.3-38.fc27.noarch

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install mingw32-id3lib-tools-3.8.3-38.fc27.noarch
.rpm
sudo dnf upgrade

is now installed.
