How to Install mingw32-dlfcn-1.1.1-2.fc27.noarch

1. Open the terminal. (Ctrl+Alt+T)

2. Enter the following commands in the terminal:

sudo dnf install mingw32-dlfcn-1.1.1-2.fc27.noarch
.rpm
sudo dnf upgrade

3. mingw32-dlfcn-1.1.1-2.fc27.noarch
is now installed.
